of New Hyde Park, a year-round ice skating facility on Long
Island, has joined with Special Olympics and RMS ( a leading
wireless international wholesaler) to help consumers recycle
their used cell phones in an environmentally safe manner,
while raising awareness about local athletes with intellectual
disabilities. |

program, “Recycle for Special Olympics” is a
partnership between Special Olympics and the RMS Communications
Group to turn unwanted cell phones into cash for Special
Olympics, as well as helping the environment. Donated cell
phones will assist Special Olympics athletes in the community
and around the world. |
