"Cellforcash.com
is a Web site where people can trade in their old cell phones
for cash," site representative John Bock said. "We
have over 450 models on the site today. It ranges from $5
up to over $200 right now."
To
find out the selling price for a particular phone, customers
log on to the Web site and locate the model and selling
price. The company mails customers boxes and prepaid labels
in which to mail phones.
"It's
going to come back to us and within 30 days of us receiving
it, and making sure it powers up, you're going to get a
check within 30 days," Bock said.
For
example, the cellforcash.com
will pay just under $100 for the Nokia 6620.
The
company sends the phones it purchases to other countries,
